How do I add the bot to my group?

To add TEREX Bot to your group:

  1. Open Telegram and go to your group
  2. Click on group name → Add Members
  3. Search for @terex_bot
  4. Select the bot and add to group
  5. Make the bot admin for full functionality

Why was my message deleted?

Messages are deleted when they violate group rules:
  • In business groups: casual chatting is not allowed
  • In chat groups: business messages are not allowed
  • Scam or spam content is always removed

How do warnings work?

The warning system has 3 levels:

  • 1st warning: DM notification
  • 2nd warning: Final warning
  • 3rd warning: 24-hour mute
  • 4th violation: 7-day ban
  • 5th violation: Permanent ban

Can I customize the bot's behavior?

Yes! You can customize:
  • Warning limits and durations
  • AI detection thresholds
  • Allowed keywords and patterns
  • Notification settings
  • And much more in the Settings panel

How accurate is the AI detection?

TEREX Bot uses advanced AI with 98.5% accuracy. It continuously learns from user behavior and admin feedback to improve over time. The system is designed to minimize false positives while catching all violations.

What happens to banned users?

Banned users cannot:
  • Send messages in the group
  • View message history
  • Rejoin without admin action
Permanent bans are irreversible. Temporary bans automatically expire after the set duration.
